Jamison is a senior executive with over 25 years of extensive industry expertise in sales, channel development, marketing, branding, service, lean manufacturing, supply chain, product development, safety, and quality. His proven track record in driving top-line growth has earned his organizations a spot on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 six times. He possesses deep expertise in launching new products commercially and maximizing their potential through the development of aftermarket or rental business opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Jamison has significant capital markets experience, having raised over $100 million in the past 20 years, and maintains strong relationships with investment banking, investor relations, and accounting firms.

Darren will begin on Monday, February 10, 2025. Randy’s official retirement date is March 31, 2025. Darren and Randy will work together during that overlapping transition period.
