PHOENIX Simple Heat Burner
The PHOENIX Simple Heat (SH) packaged burner is a nozzle-mixing burner with an integral air blower designed to be configured for any heating process. With configurable air and fuel control, high turn down, a wide range of capacities, and an industry proven nozzle design – the Simple Heat can deliver for any application.
SH packaged burners are ideal for installation on ovens, furnaces, RTO, driers, incinerators and in situations where the fuel is highly variable (800 Btu/ft3 to 3,200 Btu/ft3). They are perfect when needing additional air to carry moisture away from the product being heated.

Are your burners direct Eclipse® ThermAir or RatioAir replacements?
Yes, our Simple Heat burners have an identical footprint and operational envelope as the Eclipse® ThermAir and RatioAir burners. This is to maintain familiarity for our customers in operation and installation of the burners.
Are spare parts interchangeable between Simple Heat and Eclipse® ThermAir or RatioAir burners?
Yes, our Simple Heat and the ThermAir and RatioAir share the most common spare parts. This includes alloy and ceramic combustors, nozzles, igniters, flame rods, o-rings, and mounting gaskets.
Can your burners be used in place of other burners like the Maxon® OvenPak or Hauck® PBG burners?
Yes, the Simple Heat is a packaged burner that provides both air and fuel control options and a smaller footprint compared to other burners. This makes the SH a great solution for a new system design or a replacement project.
What is the lead time for the Simple Heat burners?
Our goal is to ship burners in as little as four weeks. We keep stock of all the necessary burner components to allow the building and shipping of burners as quickly as possible.
How quickly can you ship spares to me?
We ship parts that are in stock, in five days or less.
