Ammonia Vaporizers
Power™ XP Electric Anhydrous Ammonia Vaporizer
Electric Ammonia vaporizer line is the industry standard for thermal deNOx systems.
- Multiple resistance heating elements provide thermal energy to the finned aluminum heat exchanger.
- Solid state controller monitors and regulates on\off cycle of heater elements based on predetermined heat exchanger temperature set points.
- Capacities
- 19 – 120 Lbs/hr
- 9 – 54 Kg/hr
Power™ P Electric Anhydrous Ammonia Vaporizer
Consists of the P-series electric vaporizers, factory connected in parallel to provide greater vaporization capacity.
- Multiple resistance elements provide thermal energy to the finned aluminum heat exchangers.
- State-of-the-art microprocessor based control system.
- Feedback configuration available for pressure building / vaporization systems where a pump is not desired or for cargo tank loading / unloading.
- Units available with electro-polished stainless steel pressure vessel and coated heat exchanger as a standard option.
- Capacities
- 120 – 2,707 Lbs/hr
- 54 – 1,382 Kg/hr
AZEOVAIRE™ Steam Powered Anhydrous Ammonia Vaporizer
- Ammonia enters the vaporizer shell and comes into contact with the tube bundle. Heat from the steam vaporizes the ammonia leaving the steam to condense and drain through the condensate chamber.
- Flanged process connections
- Steel or Stainless steel wetted
- Meets ANSI K61.1
- Capacities
- 305 – 8,450 Lbs/hr
- 160 – 4,400 Kg/hr
AZEOVAIRE™ Hot Water Powered Anhydrous Ammonia Vaporizer
- Hot water from an external hot water source provides the thermal energy necessary for vaporization. Heat transferred from the water vaporizes the ammonia.
- Flanged process connections
- Steel or Stainless steel wetted
- Meets ANSI K61.1
- Capacities
- 305 – 8,450 Lbs/hr
- 160 – 4,400 Kg/hr
